Today I am devoting my blog to a woman called Kerry, Multiple Mummy. She is a wonderful wife, mother of three young children and much-loved blogger. Three months ago she suffered a brain haemorrhage following a ruptured aneurysm and has been fighting to recover ever since.
I don’t know Kerry personally, only from her blog, but I do believe in the power of positive thought and today New Mum Online is asking us to post photos and devote a page to praying for Kerry’s recovery.
I have no photos of my own to post of course, but you can to visit her blog, where her husband Nick has been posting updates, to see the most wonderful images of Kerry with her family and friends. Even if you don’t know her, you only have to look at these pictures to wish with all your heart that Kerry will soon be returned her boys and her little girl. You don’t have to be a mother to understand how heartbreaking it is that illness is keeping an adored mother and wife from where she needs to be: with her children and her husband.
I know that there will be many tears shed out in Blogland today as people publish their posts. Tonight at 10pm positive thoughts and prayers will be channeled to Kerry and her family. And tonight I will be hugging my little family just that little bit closer.
I don’t have a photo but here are a couple of Klimt images that for me are full of beauty and love and nurture and hope. Keep fighting Kerry xxx
