This is my first entry to the Sticky Fingers Gallery. I couldn’t not respond to this week’s theme: Sky.
You see we got a lot of sky up here in the mountains of Andalucía, and I am forever pointing the camera upwards trying to capture something special. More often than not the photo does not do it justice. But sometimes I think that the camera adds something. Here is a photo, one of many, that I took a while back of the evening sky from our terrace. To me the me the softly rippling clouds look like a calm sea as seen from the clouds.
Here is another shot of the same sky on the same evening with the sea in the distance. Pretty dreamy, right? Makes you wonder how I could ever be in a bad mood. Yet somehow I manage to overcome my fortunate surroundings and work myself up into a grump on a pretty regular basis. Mr B is a lucky man and no mistake.
